Sane Corpus Disciplina
Sane Corpus Disciplina is a concept designed to restore your natural and healthy state. Our practice is rooted in deep trust and faith in the body’s innate capacity to heal, even when the connection to oneself has been thrown off balance for any reason.
Our primary & tertiaire prevention services support healthy growth and recovery across all ages, addressing each individual as a whole and integral approach restoring balance and energy flow.
Sane Corpus Disciplina does not treat symptoms, pains, or diseases directly. Instead, we identify individual areas of imbalance and work with the body’s own corrective mechanisms to restore harmony.
Our Sane Corpus Disciplina concept help “the body working together” again contain the wisdom rerlated to the conjunction between the brain (central nervous system), spinal cord, thorax (lung function, heart rhythm, diaphragm), neuroanatomy, upper and lower limbs, and the musculoskeletal system supporting the body along its vertical axis. It also represents the positive, healing energy we radiate to our clients.
As Master Trainers, we have been educated by various teachers across disciplines and by our „El Maestro“. Our collective knowledge works toward one goal: helping our clients find the healing that is their divine birthright.
No matter where problems originate, our mission is to walk beside each client in their recovery once the medical pathway (secondary prevention) has come to an end. Within the safe space of the Sane Corpus Wellness Centre, we integrative services and treatments designed to restore balance, strengthen resilience, and nurture lasting wellbeing.

Our observations and thoughts about health & a healthy lifestyle
The It’s all about you philosophy. The reason why we believe in this philosophy and its important is simply because in life we are used to putting ourselves last; however, everything we want to be, achieve, gain, starts and ends with ourselves.
If we are not in good balance, health, shape, and don’t feel good, we cannot get where we want to go. The foundation believes it’s not about money, house, fame, car; it’s about you.
Why does the foundation’s philosophy point to lifestyle?
Because research shows that a large part of the community has an unbalanced lifestyle, with all the consequences this entails. The foundation feels that part of the community is unaware of these consequences and expects that, when something like an illness occurs, an expert is responsible for solving their problem.
However, even if those experts make the necessary efforts, they cannot do everything. Professionals do not know exactly how this sick physical body has been neglected, so they do not know the main source of the illness, situation, or problem.
The moment we feel sick or have a problem (mental, spiritual, emotional, social, physical), it is due to disharmonious, unbalanced situations and bad habits. And at that crucial moment, these experts will give us a “temporary solution for a structured problem.” However, if we continue living the same way and showing the same attitude, and do not take control of our life as a Spiritual Path, we must prepare to face serious illnesses and problems in our lives.
Per the method, the foundation needs the aforementioned part of the population to become aware and, in this way, give a positive boost to society and an incentive to the public and private sectors. The goal of the concept is to stimulate and empower the community regarding the serious awareness of maintaining a healthy body and living with a conscious life attitude.
