The Spiritual Aurora Foundation, based in Weesp (Amsterdam), attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. We always comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy statement is intended to inform you clearly and transparently about how we handle your personal data in the context of our activities, programs, and trainings.

In order to provide services such as trainings, coaching, or other well-being activities, the Spiritual Aurora Foundation may process personal data about you. This includes, among others:

First and last name
Address details
Phone number and email address
Date of birth and gender
Information about participation in programs or guidance trajectories
Health information, if necessary for the purpose of participation (e.g., in recovery programs)

2. Purposes of Data Processing

We process this data for the following purposes:
Organizing and carrying out trainings, sessions, and guidance
Maintaining (secure) participant administration
Issuing invoices, if applicable
Informing about program changes or practical matters
Complying with legal obligations, such as tax administration
Possibly referring to another coach or counselor (only with your consent)

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

The necessity of processing for the performance of a contract

4. Retention Periods

We do not retain personal data longer than strictly necessary. Participant and contact information will be deleted no later than 20 years after the end of the program, unless legal or administrative obligations require otherwise.

Your personal data is only shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with legal obligations. This may include:

Partners within the well-being network (only with your consent)
IT service providers for secure storage and data management
